It’s V for 5 of the best – more Valla V cranes ready for sale

New Valla Range on display at GIS 2023 - Hird

Hird is taking five Valla V cranes into sales stock – four of which have been on display at the GIS 2023 cranes, access and lifting show in Italy – as demand for the innovative pick and carry cranes grows.

Orders have already been placed for two of the eye-catching advanced mini cranes with interest remaining strong across the entire range.

Hird Sales and After Sales Manager Carl Cooper attended GIS 2023, held at the Piacenza Expo Centre, near Milan, Northern Italy, to meet more potential buyers on the Manitex Valla stand.

Capturing the imagination

He said: “The performance of pick and carry cranes in Valla V range has impressed many crane users. It’s a step up for an already excellent product, and the design has caught the imagination.

“Valla has taken the concept of a compact crane to a new level, or should we say shrunk it to a new smaller size, while enhancing performance and providing a strong sustainability advantage with all-electric power.”

Hird, the UK and Ireland authorised distributor for Valla Cranes, has taken into stock a Valla V60R, a Valla V80R, a Valla V110R, a Valla V160R, and a Valla V180R.

Hird also offers an extensive range of Vallas in its pick and carry crane hire fleet, including Valla V cranes. All have industry-leading performance for a range of lifting tasks, including machinery lifting and moving, and factory maintenance.

Highly flexible platform

Carl Cooper said: “The Valla V range is a step change in pick and carry crane performance. Zero fumes, zero emissions and low-noise operation are ideal for working in clean and safety critical environments.

“Our cranes on the Manitex Valla stand at GIS 2023 attracted a lot of attention. What is so good, is that each model can be adapted to specific client needs. It’s a highly flexible platform.”

Hird will work with clients to develop the right operational specifications for every client. For example, the company plays a leading roll in promoting Valla Cranes in the aviation industry.
